• A 2" Diameter pipe between reflux column and the condenser to allow more vapors to pass into the condenser.
• Smaller marbles for more stripping of ethanol vapors, and thus a slightly higher proof ethanol going into the condenser.
• A drain for part-time distilling to drain the bubbler of liquids
• A high-quality stainless steel thermometer in Centigrade and Fahrenheit with a 3" dial.
• Wall-mount brackets included so you can mount permanently on an inside wall. No stand to build!
• The auto water valve comes with a 1/4" hex key for easy adjustment.
• This still will produce up to 5 GPH (120 GPD) with 18% beer ethanol content. Lower output per hour with lower ethanol content.*  This still is sufficient to fuel one vehicle for the average person, assuming you distill at least four times a week.
• Comes with its own serial number stamped on the still.
• Comes crated in a plywood box ready to unpack with just a cordless screw gun!
• You need a minimum 30 gallon boiler size.

*All ethanol output of any still is based on concentration of alcohol vapors going into still, boiler size and the flow rate of the vapors. The first hour of production in a batch process always produces the highest amount of ethanol output. You MUST also have a Federal permit to operate this still. Produce even more fuel using our 4" Column Fuel Ethanol Still

If you want to produce enough ethanol to fuel two vehicles or more, you'll need our larger still. 
 

• The 4" column still has an average ethanol output of 5 gallons per hour, with a beer content of at least 10% ethanol. Output depends on the ethanol content of your beer and the boiler size. The higher the ethanol content of your beer and the larger the batch, the higher the output. We recommend a minimum boiler size of 100 gallons for operation of the 4" column still.
